I’m Liam Wilkins, owner of South Atlantic Roofing.
I take a hands-on, straightforward approach because that’s how roofing should be done.
Raised in Savannah, and now based in Charleston, I’ve spent my life in the Lowcountry and understand what our coastal climate does to homes over time. Before roofing, I worked in emergency medicine, where attention to detail, calm decision-making, and doing things right the first time were essential. That mindset defines how I run this company.
I’m involved in every project, from the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, specializing in residential roof replacements, storm damage repairs, and insurance claims across South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina.
